Your Finlusion account and subscription are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to others. You agree not to:

• Share login credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to access your account;
• Resell, rent, or sublicense any part of the Services or your access to the Services to third parties;
• Use your subscription for any unauthorised commercial purposes, such as operating a competing platform or offering insights derived from Finlusion as a paid service;
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any access restrictions or subscription controls implemented by Finlusion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this section, without refund.

By subscribing to any of our paid Services, you:

• Authorise Finlusion to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase);
• Acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date;
• May cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access to the Services through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are only issued where required by applicable law.

If we offer a free trial, you will receive access to the PRO plan features for the stated trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you authorise us to begin billing your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

We may modify our subscription pricing, features, or plans at any time. If a price increase applies to your subscription, we will provide advance notice via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We are not responsible for third-party fees (e.g., transaction fees, currency conversion, or bank charges) incurred during your subscription.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Post or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• Incite or promote hate speech, terrorism, or harm against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic;
• Threaten, bully, stalk, harass, or intimidate other users;
• Disseminate false or misleading information, including impersonating any individual or entity;
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code intended to harm or disrupt our Services or users;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or Finlusion systems;
• Use automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written permission;
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take legal action where we believe there has been a breach of this section.

If you believe that content on Finlusion infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at dmca@finlusion.com. For claims under US law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), your notice should include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work;
• The specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing content;
• Your contact details;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the use is unauthorised;
• Your signature (physical or electronic).

We may remove content in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws.

If you believe content was removed in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the removed content and its prior location;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or Finlusion’s jurisdiction if outside the U.S.);
• Your signature (physical or electronic).

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within a specified period.

For UK-based claims, including those under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, please provide similar information as listed above. We will assess your complaint and take appropriate action under UK intellectual property law, which may include removing or restricting access to the allegedly infringing content.

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
